The Oyo State Govt has released an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) number and Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) code to enhance quick pre-COVID-19 screening in the State.
The service code and the IVR number which were donated by Interswitch Group can be access on mobile phones without the use of internet.
It also offers preliminary screening opportunities to determine who needs to get tested for the pandemic COVID-19.
The service is available through *723*19*6# service code, while the IVR telephone number is 014400028 both services are available in English, Yoruba and Pidgin English.
The services are also available to report suspected cases of COVID-19
The residents of the State are implored to make use of the services and more importantly, comply with all the directives from the COVID-19 Task Force.
